through its entry groups and entry types. The entry groups act as an
organizational unit for separating entry types to ease data entry.

In addition, the entry type allows the administrator to setup all of the
accounting business rules ahead of time, and remove the accounting decision
making from the end user. Each entry type controls the revenue and cost for
the accounting transaction created in Professional Service Time and Billing™
and makes for a robust and flexible accounting decision infrastructure
within the product. Unlimited billing units may also be defined for entry
types such as hours, miles and tolls as well as survey crews, computer-aided
design charges, lab tests, and copies. The sky is the limit!
