Q1. What versions of Dynamics SL does it support?
A. NPFR is currently available for Microsoft Dynamics SL version 6.5.
We are in the process of upgrading to Microsoft Dynamics SL 7.0 Feature Release 1 (FR1),
however there will not be a release for Dynamics SL 7.0.
Q2. What modules does Non-Profit Fund Raising™ for Dynamics SL
integrate with?
A. It integrates with the Dynamics SL General Ledger,
Cash Manager and Project Controller Modules.
Q3. How does Non-Profit Fund Raising™ for Dynamics SL affect
Dynamics SL licensing? How can I determine the number of licenses we will need?
A. Non-Profit Fund Raising™ for Dynamics SL for SL 7.0 Feature Release 1 will be modular,
in that the number of users is only limited by your Dynamics SL license count.
In addition there are no additional “license” fees with our product.
Q4. How is Non-Profit Fund Raising™ for Dynamics SL priced?
A. Non-Profit Fund Raising™ for Dynamics SL for SL 7.0 FR1 will be available for a flat fee
with NO maintenance costs. Existing SL 6.5 NPFR clients will be able to upgrade for

Q5. Does Non-Profit Fund Raising™ for
Dynamics SL have technical support?
A. NPFR will be under warranty for 60 days from the date of registration.
During this period, we will correct any reported defects at no additional charge.
After the 60 day warranty period, all support is available via prepaid incidents only.
Support incidents can be purchased in advance with a discount available for multi-incident
purchases.
Q6. Is Non-Profit Fund Raising™ for Dynamics SL
multi-currency enabled?
A. Multi-currency is in the midst of being added.
Currently the product supports only the local currency.
Q7. Can Non-Profit Fund Raising™
for Dynamics SL be customized for a client’s needs?
A. Yes. Either you can customize the product through customization manager,
or we can customize the product to meet your organization’s specific needs and goals.
